Trying new things...kundalini :)

So today I went to my first kundalini yoga class! If you don’t know what that is, it’s a form of yoga that awakens your internal energy by incorporating breathing, chanting and specific movements. It activates certain parts of the brain to create awareness and help you deal with life from a neutral headspace.

In class today, my teacher talked about how we all have ‘gifts’. Gifts that are ours to give and receive from others. I couldn’t help but think about what I am actually trying to do on this earth; what my gift is. I want to be a resource for people in this crazy and confusing world of wellness to help guide you all to homeostasis and find healing. It’s always been my personal goal to find healing. It’s an everyday choice for me to follow my head and heart into the realms of things like acupuncture to kinesiology. I love exploring and being a so called ‘guinea pig’ for those who follow me on my journey.

I want to open this amazing world of healing to everyone who wants to learn and find out that there are ancient healing techniques that have been around longer than we know. Things that can bring peace to your health issues. Things like kundalini yoga that can help you get out of your head and heal some stuck energy!

My ‘gift’ to you all is to be consistent sharing my journey and what I have to teach everyone on a more consistent basis. My apologies for letting my head get in the way so far. I want to be there for you.
