Seasons are changing and fall is upon us!!! How I suggest approaching anything new is to 'start small and stay simple.'
So this past weekend is started to really feel and look like Fall!! I know, no more beach days and suntans but fall is great. It's a new start. Its the season for going back to school and learning new things.
Being able to live in New York gives me the luxury of having all four seasons. I love this. I think its amazing to be able to transition with the environment around you. It gives me the ability to see and feel changes around me constantly.
When is comes to making changes, especially in regards to diet and lifestyle, don't make it super complicated. Most people can't all of a sudden go from drinking 5 cups of coffee daily to herbal tea, but sometimes that's what they need to do to be healthier. To me, anything worth doing is hard. Of course it's hard! You're changing habits; things you do daily and changing the way you feel after you eat. How the hell is that not annoying.. If something's not broken, why fix it, right?! But, it may at least need a good tune up. And ya know what, there's nothing wrong with looking after yourself. No one else can do it better than you!
I personally love change. Remember, nothing is permanent. If you want something bad enough, you'll find a way to make it happen. I have faith in all of my clients and loved ones! I can see the influence I have made on some of them and it makes my heart smile! I can't believe these people have decided what I have to say is important enough to care more for themselves. What a great way to live?! =)
